(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Mr.Baghel, learned counsel states that he has already returned the papers to his client. This application for regular bail, which is successive bail application was filed earlier and he is not appearing in the matter. Therefore, the present application be disposed of accordingly.
As the learned counsel has no instruction, or alternative advocate might have been appointed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present application with the liberty to the applicant to file again for the same purpose if otherwise permissible in law.
