Considering the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Rajkot, for extension of six month's time to dispose of Sessions Case no.124 of 2009 pending in his Court and office note dated 12.4.2012 submitted by the Registry, the time as prayed for is granted. The trial court is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.124 of 2009 on or before October 15, 2012.
