Sri Hari Prakash Mishra after arguing for sometime, submits that the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by District Judge Kasganj which is not challenged in this petition, is required to be challenged. Accordingly he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if so advised.
Certified copy, if any, may be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
