Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the State Project Director, the same is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, Additional Advocate General, assisted by Sri K.R. Singh, Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of the opposite party.
It is further argued by Sri Adarsh Bhushan, learned counsel for the applicant that interim order granted by this Court on 20.10.2020 but the joining letter was issued on 13.9.2021.
At this point of time, it is argued by Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer that the arrears of salary between 20.10.2020 and 12.9.2021 will be paid to the applicant within a period of two weeks from today.
Put up this matter in the additional cause list again on 08.11.2021.
In case the arrears of salary was not paid, the opposite party no. 1 shall remain present before this Court for framing of charges.
