Shahid vs State

The applicant is at liberty to file application for furlough before the competent authority after six months from the date of order of rejection i.e. 03.01.2012 and if such application is preferred by the present applicant, then the competent authority will decide the same as early as possible in accordance with law. Petitioner will be at liberty to place judgments of this Court which are placed before this Court before the competent authority.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
