Heard Sri R.S. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding and directing the respondent concerned to investigate the matter fairly in FIR dated 20.4.2015 in case crime no.396A of 2015 u/s 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC, P.S. Khaga, district Fatehpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cross case i.e. 396 of 2015 which was registered against the mother of the accused persons, has ended in acquittal. The present FIR has been registered against the accused-respondent nos.5 to 20 but the investigation is stated to be pending and not concluded.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within the period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The S.P., Fatehpur is directed to ensure the compliance of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
