Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition, so the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.01.2019 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division/J.S.C.C.) Aligarh, whereby application of the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. filed in Suit No.1003 of 2015 has been rejected, by filing revision.
For the foregoing reasons, the writ petition. is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
