Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Judicial Magistrate Hasanpur to consider and decide the release application dated 14.08.2019 in Case No. 919/2019 (State Vs. Vijendra), under section 207 M.V. Act, Police Station Adampur, which is pending before the Judicial Magisrate, Hasanupr, District Amroha, expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Hasanpur to consider and conclude the decide the release application dated 14.08.2019 in Case No. 919/2019 (State Vs. Vijendra), under section 207 M.V. Act, Police Station Adampur, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
