Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the name of the petitioner is Shabiha while the Computer Centre has fed the name of the petitioner as Shabina. The Computer Centre may, accordingly, correct its database.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Recall Application dated 15.1.2021 filed for recalling of the alleged ex-parte order dated 31.10.2020 passed in Mutation Case No.T-202002030402406 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Handia, District Prayagraj be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid application.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application dated 15.1.2021 filed for recalling of the order dated 31.10.2020 passed in Mutation Case No.T-202002030402406 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
