1. Heard Sri Iqbal Ahamad, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2. Notice need not be issued to respondent nos.3 to 8 at this stage.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Sagdi, District Azamgarh to decide Mutation Case No.1684/T2019/5060702920 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within the stipulated time.
3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping this matter pending, without going into the merits of the case this writ petition is being decided at the admission stage itself without calling for any counter affidavit with the direction upon respondent no.1 to decide aforesaid case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, if there is no impediment in deciding the same, after affording opportunity of hearing to all contesting respondents, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of this Court.
4. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
