JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.2687 of 2016 have been surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 22.12.2016 and now the petitioners are in judicial custody.
4. In view of the above submission, since the petitioners are in judicial custody, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
