The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directinig the 3rd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for loading and unloading the goods belonging to the petitioner by engaging laborers of her choice at the place of her business at Sree Sakthi Rice Center situates at 41, R.S.Road, Pallipalayam, Namakkal Distirict by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2017 and consequently forbearing the 4th respondent from preventing the petitioner for loading and unloading the goods belonging to the petitioner by engaging her own laborers at the place of her business and pass orders.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pointing out certain disturbances by the fourth respondent in doing their loading and unloading works in the area of the petitioner, the petitioner gave a representation dated 10.02.2017 and the same is pending for consideration. Hence the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking for the above relief.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directd to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving due notice to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
