Petitioner wants consideration of his application and a prayer is made to direct the authorities to restrain the private respondent from interfering with petitioner's possession over the property in question.
It appears that there is a dispute with regard to immovable property between petitioner and third respondent. Such private dispute can always be got resolved by instituting appropriate proceedings before the civil court. No direction to the administrative authorities would be required for adjudication of such dispute.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
