The present application has been filed for direction be issued to CJM, Firozabad to again record the statement of the applicant under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in case crime no. 103 of 2019, under Section 376D, 452, 323, and 506 IPC and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, P.S. Tundla, District Firozabad.
The prayer made by the applicant is totally misconceived and is accordingly rejected.
