Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as also perused the record.
This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the charge sheet no. 58 of 2016 dated 07.02.2016 in Case Crime No. 1197 of 2015 under Sections, 395, 412, 120-B IPC, Police Station Phase-III Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case being wife of the co- accused. He further states that the applicant has been enlarged on bail.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No further direction is required to be issued. The instant application is dismissed.
