Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause, during the course of the day.
In the third line of sixth paragraph of the order dated 27.09.2021 the "Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act" be deleted and in its place "Section 3A/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012" be read.
