The present application has been filed by the applicants for bringing the heirs of deceased Mahendrakumar Manilal, appellant No.2 herein on record of First Appeal.
Heard learned advocate Mr.C. G. Sharma for the applicants and learned AGP Mr.Devang Dave for the respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The prayer in terms of paragraph No.5(A) is granted permitting the applicants to bring on record of the First Appeal as the heirs and legal representatives of the appellant No.2. Learned advocate for the applicants shall carry out the amendment. Rule is made absolute.
