The learned Government(criminal side) submits that C.C.No.1 of 2005 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukottai (Special Court Vigilance Cases) itself has been disposed of as the charges against the petitioner is abatted. Copy of the order along with the copy of death certificate of the petitioner have also been filed.
2.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
