JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/Respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5748 of 2014, dated 24.04.2017.
2.Heard both sides.
3.It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner that Leave Salary was paid to the Petitioner.
4.Today, it is represented on behalf of the Respondents that the Gratuity sum of Rs.3,63,495/- was paid by way of Cheque to the Petitioner on 07.11.2017, which was acknowledged by the Petitioner on 07.11.2017 itself.
5.In view of the fore-goings, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
