Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in impugned communication in Na.Ka.No.28732/2014-2/M.3 dated 06.10.2015 to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass order on the petitioner's application dated 08.09.2014 seeking for assistance to take possession of the secured asset in compliance of the order dated 24.02.2015 of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.30808 of 2014.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Vide proceedings in R.C.No.28732/2014-2/M.3 dated 06.10.2015, the District Collector cum District Magistrate, Kancheepuram, has sought for a report from the Tahsildar, Cheyyur. M/s.SBM Bank (Mauritius) Limited, Chennai, the petitioner herein has filed a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to quash the same.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.P.Elaya Rajkumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the District Collector cum District Magistrate, Kancheepuram, the 1st respondent, has passed orders on the petition filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Placing on record the above submission, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
