Heard Mr. Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.c. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 631 of 2014 (Navi Sher Vs. Sayeed Ahmad and others) under Sections 406, 352 and 506 IPC, P.S. Billhore, District Kanpur Nagar.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
