(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The petition was not pressed for any further orders in view of the fact that the petitioner herself has very recently talked to her husband over telephone and she is satisfied that he is safe and not in any forceful confinement.
Learned counsel Mr. Majmudar, however, submitted that the petitioner's application dated 24.12.2011 addressed to the Director General of Police is required to be properly considered and attended by the authorities concerned and the petitioner reserves the liberty to pursue that application in accordance with law.
Since the petition does not survive for any further orders, it is disposed as such and Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
