At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that on account of some defects in the application, he does not want to press this application at this stage and he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
In view of statement made by Mr. Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is rejected as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
