Learned APP Ms. Raval waives service of rule for the respondent-State.

The present application has been filed by the applicants-original accused under sec. 439 of CrPC for modification of the condition imposed while releasing them on bail by the trial court.

Learned advocate Mr. Kinariwala seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file appropriate application before the trial court.

Permission granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
