The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed by Savita Kumar(in person) with an innocuous prayer to give a direction to the concerned court to decide the case no.699 of 2017 within a time bound period.
The case was called out and no one has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant but keeping in view the nature of the prayer, only direction was required to be issued by the Court in exercise of power under Section 483 Cr.P.C., in the fitness of circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to gear up the proceedings of Case No.699 of 2017 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and make all necessary endeavour to conclude the same latest by 31.12.2019.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application stands disposed of.
