By filing this application, the applicant has prayed to condone delay of 19 days caused in filing the appeal.
2. Opponent Nos.2 and 3 are served, but none has appeared.
3. I have heard learned advocate Mr. Thakkar for the applicant and learned APP Miss Shah for the opponent State.
4. Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the fact that the averments made therein are not controverted by filing reply, the applicant has shown sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, this application is required to be allowed.
5. In the result, the application is allowed. Delay of 19 days caused in filing the appeal, is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute.
