(Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 3 of 2019) The correction application is allowed.
The words "Section 4 POCSO Act" shall be added after word "Code 1860" and before "Section 3 (2) (5) of Act, 1989" in second paragraph of the order dated 8.2.2019.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 8.2.2109 and the earlier order passed by the Court has been corrected. A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 08.2.2019.
