List is being revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs :-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the record from the office of the Respondent No.4 with regard to petitioner and quashing the impugned order dated 12.1.2009 passed by Respondent no.4 as contained in Annexure-11 to the writ petition.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the salary of Assistant Teacher (Sanskrit) to the petitioner from the date of receipt of grant-in-aid to the Vidyalaya in accordance with the law to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
I have examined the order impugned, pleadings and grounds raised in the writ petition and have perused the records. The writ petition is of the year 2009 and it appears that either writ petition is rendered infructuous due to efflux of time or petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
