Pursuant to the order dated 10.08.2021, learned Standing Counsel has placed before the Court the photographs to establish that the chak road has been freed from encroachment.
In view of the above, prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous as the prayer made for a direction upon respondents no.2 and 3 for treating the encroachment removed has been complied with.
In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
