Learned counsel for petitioner states that certain defects in the prayer clause were there. Therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one.

Sri Hari Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 and the Learned Standing Counsel have no objection to the aforesaid request.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better one.
