JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. At the joint request arrived between the parties and Mr. Dharmendra Harilal Babaria, the complainant is present in the Court and has filed the affidavit dated 8.2.2012 affirming that the dispute is no more survives and the amount alleged in the complaint is received back and no grievance remains as on date and he has no objection if the complaint is quashed.
2. Considering the above facts and submissions made by learned advocate for the applicants that by way of amicable settlement the parties have now settled the disputes pertaining to financial transaction and no further grievances remains and so is stated in the affidavit on record today.
3. Considering overall facts and circumstances, nature of dispute, I am inclined to exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code by quashing and setting aside the impugned complaint.
Order accordingly. The application is allowed.
