Heard Sri Rajeev Sawhney, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
The petitioner is informant of the case and has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondent no.2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation in Case Crime No.65 of 2018, under Section 366, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Etah. The victim has not yet been recovered.
Taking into account the fact that FIR has been lodged on 29.1.2018, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh at an appropriate stage.
