Present petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 16.11.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0051 of 2021, Under Section 363 I.P.C, P.S. Chitrahat, District- Agra.
Submission is that the petitioners are major and have married and after marriage they have applied for registration of marriage.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that the petitioner no. 2 has criminal history of four cases. She further pointed out that Section 366 I.P.C. has also been added during investigation.
On perusal of record, we also find that the Aadhar Card of petitioner no. 1, Satyavati annexed with the petition was issued on 01.12.2021 i.e. after lodging of the impugned first information report dated 16.11.2021.
The petition is devoid of merits and is, accordingly, stands dismissed.
