This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for setting aside the order dated 1.4.2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, Jaunpur, P.S. Mahrajganj, District Jaunpur in Case No. NIl of 2019, State versus Satyabrat Mishra and others, under Section 111 Cr.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned cocunsel for the applicants has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned notice or the proceeding. It appears that this application has been filed only against show cause notice. The accused has all the opportunities to appear before the authority concerned and show cause in their defence. There is no good reason to interfere in the impugned notice.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
