Correction application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the application.
In the light of the submission made on behalf of counsel for the applicant, the following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 25.08.2021:-
"In the sixth line of second paragraph of the order, in place of 50 it shall be read as 506, section 427 is deleted and in the last line of the second paragraph in place of 15.6.2021, it shall be read as 5.6.2021."
