The petitioner, who claims himself to be life member of the General Body of society named Baba Narayan Das society, Jaroda Panda, Saharanpur, has filed the instant writ petition seeking quashing of order dated 22.7.2017, whereby District Inspector of Schools has approved induction of 90 new members vide resolutions passed in the meeting of the Committee of Management held on 4.5.2016 and 28.6.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly accepts that the petitioner has not filed any objection against induction of these members before the District Inspector of Schools. He therefore, seeks permission to file such objection.
Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned order, the instant writ petition is disposed of by providing that in case any objection is filed by the petitioner before the second respondent in regard to approval granted by District Inspector of Schools to induction of 90 members, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, after due notice and opportunity of hearing to persons likely to be affected.
