The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking a direction to the respondents to put them in peaceful possession over the plot, Araji No.539, area 0.996 Kari situated in Qasba Kopaganj, Mau.
From the averments of the writ petition it is seen that the plot was purchased by the petitioners from one Mohan Lal Sehgal through registered sale deed dated 31.01.2003. The sale deed was executed for a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- but it is stated that thereafter they have not been given possession and that some unwarranted persons whose names are mentioned in paragraphs 9 & 10 of the writ petition are not allowing them to take possession of the plot.
In our opinion this is a purely private dispute regarding private land purchased by the petitioner and has no concern with the respondents and no direction can be given to the respondents to put the petitioners into possession.
The petitioners may avail such civil remedy as may be available to them in law.
The writ petition is dismissed.
