The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Criminal Case no. 2819/2016, arising out of charge-sheet no. 143/15 in case crime no. 207/2015, u/s 323, 504, 506, 324 IPC, P.S. Harduaganj, District Aligarh Learned counsel has challenged the proceeding in which cognizance was taken in 2016; the offences for which the applicant is being charged are bailable offence, there is no need to issue any direction for disposal of the bail application, he may appear before the court below and obtain bail in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
