JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his submissions either at the time of trial or at appropriate time and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all their submissions either at the time of trial or at appropriate time.
