Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Om Prakash the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 365 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C., police station Amroha Nagar, District J.P. Nagar.
The Court is apprised that during the pendency of the instant application before this Court, the applicant had invoked the jurisdiction of the Sessions Court for similar relief and that the said application has been rejected. In that view of the matter, this application shall stand rejected.
