The instant writ petition has been filed by petitioner for issuance of a mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 to disclose the marks obtained by the petitioner in English-I Paper and Mathematics-I Paper of Intermediate Examination, 2018.
The petitioner has annexed a copy of mark sheet downloaded from internet in which marks of English-I Paper and Mathematics-I Paper have not been mentioned at all, although, the total marks have been duly mentioned and the petitioner has been shown as having failed in the examination.
On the previous date, learned Standing counsel was directed to obtain instruction in the matter.
On the matter being taken up today, learned Standing Counsel has produced the answer scripts of the petitioner relating to aforesaid papers and a perusal whereof reveals that 'zero' marks have been awarded to the petitioner in both the aforesaid papers, hence, in such a view of the matter, no relief can be granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
The original answer scripts have been returned to learned Standing Counsel in Court itself.
