It appears that on the last two occasions, viz., on 20.01.2017 and 06.02.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, so is the case even today. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
