Heard Ms. Malti Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite getting marks for which the petitioner should have been considered for medical examination, he has not been called for medical examination for the post of a Constable in U.P. Police.
