Heard Sri Arun Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjay Ram Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
This Court on 24.05.2019 passed the following order:-
"Sri Sanjay Ram Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three days further time to seek instructions in the matter.
If the instructions are not supplied by the next date, the District Supply Officer, Jaunpur shall remain present in the Court.
Put up on 29.05.2019 in the additional cause list."
Learned Standing Counsel on the instructions submitted that the petitioner has not submitted her Aadhar Card, due to which details of the same could not be uploaded in the computer; and as the number of units has not been uploaded in the computer, the commodities could not be distributed to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Aadhar Card has been supplied to the District Supply Officer, Jaunpur on 03.08.2015. The said fact has been mentioned in her representation dated 20.08.2018, addressed to the Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, U.P. at Lucknow, which is annexed as annexure-3 to the writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner may supply the Aadhar Card within a period of two weeks from today to the respondent no. 2, District Supply Officer, Jaunpur, and who shall feed the details in the computer.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to supply copies of Aadhar Card to the respondent no. 2, District Supply Officer, Jaunpur, within a period of two weeks from today along with certified copy of this order and the respondent no. 2, District Supply Officer, Jaunpur, shall feed detail in the computer within a period of two weeks thereafter, so that the petitioner may get essential commodities as per their entitlement in the ration card.
