The instant contempt application has been filed for flouting the order passed in the proceedings under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The concerned Magistrate was directed to complete proceedings under Section 145/146 Cr.P.C. expeditiously preferably within six months.
From the order sheet brought on record, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience.
In view thereof the petition is misconceived. Dismissed accordingly with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application before the concerned authority.
