In the meantime, Registry is directed to call the report from respondent no. 3-Industrial Tribunal, Bhavnagar with respect to the stage of Reference Case Nos. 83 to 99/2002 with permission application nos. 1 to 17/2002, which are remanded by the learned Single Judge vide judgment and order dated 24/02/2006 passed in Special Civil Application No. 6989/2003 so as to reach this Court on or before 20/01/2012.
