JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is the third anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the applicant, Saroj Yadav.
The first anticipatory bail application of the applicant(Crl.Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 4106 of 2021) was permitted to be withdrawn as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate forum by Hon'ble Mr. Justice C.D.Singh vide order dated 08-04-2021.
The second anticipatory bail application of the applicant (Crl. Misc. Anticipatory Bail No. 4525 of 2021) was rejected as withdrawn by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Irshad Ali vide order dated 31-08-2021.
