After the matter has been heard at some length and the court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that he does not intend to press the present petition as the petitioner wishes to press his relief before the authority concerned.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is made clear that dismissal of the present writ petition would not at all come in the way of petitioners to raise their claim before the authority concerned.
