Heard Sri R.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for directing the respondent no.3 to ensure to not enter the respondent no.4 to 8 in residential house of the petitioner in any manner at house no.31 admeasuring area 200 yard, situated at Mohalla Hafizabad, Mewala, P.S. T.P. Nagar, district Meerut.
Learned AGA raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the prayer made in the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioner could not waive out the preliminary objection of the learned AGA.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed on this ground alone with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy available under law.
