Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Bearing in mind the fact that notices have been issued to the opposite parties on the interim relief application filed under Order XXXIV Rules 1 and 2 of C.P.C. in the suits in question, no cause arises for this Court for framing any peremptory directions except to observe that it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the application as well as the suit.
This petition stands disposed of.
